Equifest in Wichita, Kansas February 12-14. This show was very lack luster. Poor planning of the schedule took shoppers away from the vendor area on many occasions. Hoping next year is much better. PLEASE Kansas Horse Council, take this show over and do it yourself.
Thanks to all my clients who did make it by the booth. A huge thank you also to Jan for helping me out with a break here and there. I really appreciated it.

12-14 Horse Fest - Springfield, Missouri. Wow, this show wasn't. And that's about it. Doubt if I come next year. Thanks to all who came by the booth and took business cards, send me your hair and I'll get it done for you quickly.

Unable to make Equine Affaire, a family affaire takes precedence this year. I'll be ready for next year in Ohio.
9-11 - Heading to Indiana for Hoosier Horse Fair, I am in the South Pavilion Building, booth number 44. Come meet me and don't forget your hair. I can't wait to go to this show, never been so looking forward to a warm welcome from all you hoosier's!

Going to Kansas City for the UPHA Chapter 5 horse show. Well, was going to attend and then the vendor manager called me to say that another person was selling horse hair jewelry and she didn't want two vendors selling the same thing. I've done this show for YEARS except for last year when I was due to have a baby. I am severly dissappointed. And the other vendor is someone I know! I guess imitation is the biggest form of a compliment that I can get?
Ended up doing the Reining Horse Show at Lake St. Louis. It was a nice show. Not a lot of participants but everyone was really nice. A very pleasant weekend. Looking into attending the Topeka show in September.

11-13, SLADS Dressage Show - Lake St. Louis, Missouri at the National Equestrian Center. Hoping that this will turn out to be a nice little show to attend as it usually has been in the past. Bring your hair or cut some from your favorite horsey friend. I'll be braiding all weekend. Let's make something special together.
July
18 - 25 POA International - Lake St. Louis, Missouri at the National Equestrian Center. If anyone is looking for an energetic group of good kids, you must attend this show. We are coming back again this year. I look forward to making even more special jewelry for this great group of kids and adults. Don't forget your hair.
August
Considering Midwest Pony Rally at the Royal in Kansas City, Missouri. Need to confirm with all caretakers involved (horses and children). Will post more info. soon.
September
Looking for a show in September. The St. Louis Charity show has been more than dismal for a few years so ditching it in favor of hopefully finding a show that I can make some money. Please let me know if you have a show that you love and would like for me to attend.
Tentative plans to attend the Miniature Horse Nationals in Oklahoma. Will post dates when I get this confirmed.
16-19, Tentative plans to attend Kansas Reining horse show in Topeka, Kansas. Will post more info. soon.

8 - 10 - Dressage Regional at the National Equestrian Center in Lake St. Louis. This is a great show. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.
May be attending the Youth Horse Show at the Royal. I hear it is a great show with great families.
November - Christmas Orders must be received by the 1 st!
Planning on attending the Royal this year. Will find out the dates and post soon.
